Delivery Details

All items on our on website are hand made to order. Theyshow as in stock as we have the flowers required available to make the wedding bouquet or arrangements.

 We do not mass produce our bouquets and they are never ready made sitting on a shelf collecting dust. This is to ensure you recieve your wedding flowers in the best condition.

We aim to make and dispatch your silk wedding flower order within a timescale of 15 - 20 working days, after cleared payment. Wedding flower orders will not be made before paymenr is received.

If you pay by cheque or bank transef please allow up to 7 working days extra as your payment will need to clear first.

Bespoke wedding orders may take longer to make and dispatch, you will be informed of this when confirming your order via email.

Should there be any sort of delay with making your order you will be contacted by email to explain why.

As soon as your item/ wedding flower order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on its way.

All our silk wedding flower ordwers are trackable. They are either sent by recorded delivery, special delivery or via courier depending on your individual order.

Generally we only dispatch to the UK; however deoendant on the circumstances / wedding flowers order we will consider shipping to other countries.

Postage and packagikg is currently free to order within the UK valued over £150!
